Join 10arx as a Trader in Residence, where your trading insights will shape our AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets.
Description
10arx is an AI-native trading terminal for prediction markets (Polymarket, Kalshi, etc.). We create professional tools for retail traders: AI analysis, copying trades from top wallets, autonomous bots. The product is in its early stages, the team is small, and the pace is high.
Responsibilities
- Actively trade on prediction markets and related markets (main task)
- Share real experiences: strategies, mistakes, pains, edge
- Consult on order book, probability pricing, market mechanics
- Help identify product gaps that are invisible without practical experience
- Analyze competitors, bots, and trading approaches from a practitioner's perspective
Requirements
- Actively trades on Polymarket, Kalshi (not a theorist!)
- Has experience in futures/options - understands the market more broadly
- Knowledgeable in quantitative trading: bots, automation, strategies
- Can clearly explain how decisions are made and where advantages are seen
- Able to translate trading experience into specific product recommendations
