- Maintain the VIP database and build long-term relationships with players
- Develop retention and reactivation mechanics
- Analyze player behavior, deposits, activity, GGR, and NGR
- Gather personal offers: cashback, free spins, bonuses, quests
- Communicate with players via Telegram, WhatsApp, chats, and phone
- Work with at-risk players to return inactive VIPs
- Interact with CRM, Payments, Fraud, and Support
- Achieve KPIs for retention, reactivation, and revenue
- 1-2 years of experience in VIP Retention / VIP Management in iGaming, specifically in online casinos
- Experience with VIP databases and retention mechanics
- Understanding of bonus policies and personal offers
- Experience with CRM
- Strong communication skills and ability to analyze data
- Experience with the Kyrgyzstan market is important
- Fully remote work
- Work in a licensed product
- International team
