- Experience with 1C products running on Linux with PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of the 1C platform and experience with development on 1C ERP 2.5
- Ability to accurately assess timelines and workload of tasks
- Experience conducting code reviews of third-party developers
- Skills in designing integrations between various systems
- Understanding of the architecture of 1C products and ability to effectively combine it with the company's internal environment
- Understanding of principles for ensuring performance and fault tolerance of information systems
- Ability to effectively interact with different teams (external developers and analysts, internal engineers, security specialists, etc.)
