What You'll Do
- Scale our footprint and run business operations for AIS.
- Partner with teams across the business to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions.
- Ensure each site is progressing and serve as the key touchpoint across teams.
- Stand up the operational processes for our Program Execution team.
- Partner with Sales teams and Revenue Operations to monitor pipeline health.
- Lead various special projects and solve high-priority problems.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of previous experience in management consulting, internal strategy & operations, or a business analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort translating operational problems into data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- A desire to work on operations that have real-world impact on national security.
- Must be a U.S. Person with the ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Already have obtained a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
- Have a bias for action and a natural curiosity about technologies and tools.
