- Help organize and maintain operational documentation and process workflows
- Assist with data compilation, analysis, and reporting using Excel or similar tools
- Support cross-functional team communication and project coordination
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
- Learn and understand operational risk frameworks and governance principles
- Assist with administrative tasks and general team support as needed
- Prior experience or coursework in Business or Finance is preferred but not required
- Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential
- Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel
- Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
- Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
