- Support the AML Compliance team with day-to-day client onboarding and KYC/KYB periodic refresh activities.
- Maintain and update client records, compliance systems, and operational trackers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor outstanding onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh requests and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely completion.
- Assist in the execution of ongoing KYC/KYB Refresh initiatives, including the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of the KYC/KYB Refresh pipeline.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management information to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Provide administrative and operational support for AML Compliance initiatives, process improvement projects, and other ad hoc assignments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Coverage, Operations, and Technology, to support the efficient delivery of onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh activities.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Able to commit from January 2027 - July 2027 (6 months)
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
