RoboFinance is looking for a 2L Support Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to manage information systems, handle incidents, and collaborate with development teams.
Responsibilities

- Administer information systems in the 2nd line area of responsibility
- Resolve incidents and atypical user requests
- Participate in emergency recovery operations
- Interact with development teams (3L) on escalated tasks
- Describe and automate typical cases, transfer ready scripts and solutions to lower support lines (0L/1L)
- Monitor the performance of controlled projects
Requirements
Requirements
- Confident knowledge of SQL: medium complexity queries
- Understanding of industrial DBMS objects (preferably PostgreSQL)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus)
- Ability to independently define metrics
- Understanding of centralized logging principles (ELK, Loki)
- Basic skills in JS/jQuery
