About this role

Join Ramp Network as an Account Manager to support strategic partner relationships in the Web3 space. This part-time role focuses on account growth and ensuring excellent partner experiences.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on As our Account Manager, you'll focus on maintaining and growing a portfolio of strategic partner accounts by:

  • Managing relationships with key partner accounts and acting as a trusted commercial contact.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase partner value through account growth, product adoption and joint commercial initiatives.
  • Supporting partner onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition into our platform and services.
  • Monitoring partner performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements to maximise engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve partner queries and remove blockers.
  • Supporting contract renewals, commercial discussions and account planning where required.
  • Providing regular updates on account health, risks and opportunities.
  • Delivering an outstanding partner experience through proactive communication and relationship management.
Requirements

What you will bring: We're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility and confidently manage commercial relationships. You'll ideally have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development or a similar client-facing commercial role.
  • Experience working within fintech, crypto, financial services or technology (payments experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive, organised and self-sufficient approach to managing priorities.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, scaling business is desirable.
