About this role
Billions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to streamline team processes and ensure effective task management in a growing fintech company focused on stablecoin payments.
Description
Billions is a B2B platform for accepting payments in stablecoins (USDT/USDC). Funds are credited to the merchant's IBAN in fiat. We connect companies from travel, luxury, business aviation, e-commerce, and professional services to crypto payments. Regulation: Canadian MSB license. Our markets are the EU/UK, Turkey, and Central Asia.
Responsibilities
- Structure the work of the entire team (product, development, design, compliance, sales) and report directly to the founder.
- Organize task discussions: gather the necessary people, prepare agendas, and drive discussions to resolution.
- Maintain backlog and task boards in Notion: prioritize, remove unnecessary items, and monitor status relevance.
- Conduct syncs, planning, and retrospectives, coordinating meetings among team members.
- Summarize each meeting: decisions, agreements, responsibilities. Immediately enter results into tasks and notes after calls.
- Structure workspaces in Notion, Slack, and Google Drive for quick information retrieval.
- Monitor deadlines, proactively identify risks and blockers, and escalate them before they become issues.
- Regularly report to the founder on the status of team tasks.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Project/Delivery Manager role in IT, fintech, or product startups.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams that include more than just developers.
- Excellent proficiency in Notion (databases, relationships, templates, views), Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to summarize concisely and accurately: your notes should allow someone who missed the meeting to understand everything.
- Proactivity: you don’t wait to be asked; you take the initiative to organize.
- Fluent in Russian and English (at least B2).
