Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor domestic and international wire transfers related to fund expenses, investments, and investor activity.
- Perform verbal call-backs and other verification procedures in accordance with internal compliance and security protocols.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Investor Relations and Fund Accounting, to ensure accurate and timely money movement.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of wire templates and wire import files for large distribution events.
- Reconcile outgoing wire payments for redemptions and distributions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to payments or instructions.
- Support treasury and operations process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in fund administration, treasury operations, or financial services, preferably with exposure to alternative assets or digital asset funds.
- Working knowledge of wire initiation processes and banking platforms.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow procedures consistently.
- Strong communication skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration.
- Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing numerous projects and clients.
