About this role

Join Airship as a Backend Java Engineer to develop Java APIs and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform. Remote position available in France.

Description

Airship is a platform for personalized customer engagement through apps, websites, email, and SMS. Clients include Alaska Airlines, BBC, and The Home Depot.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Java APIs and distributed services on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Design data schemas and improve backend reliability.
  • Investigate performance and manage large technical releases.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of development and operation of distributed systems.
  • Strong Java skills, experience in testing, code review, and CI/CD.
  • Fluent professional French; remote work from France.
