Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems with strong performance and reliability
- Build distributed services and real-time processing solutions for high-concurrency scenarios
- Optimize system performance across multi-threading, databases, caching, and messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and solution delivery
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
- Support API and platform integrations across internal and external systems
- Explore and apply new technologies, including AI/LLM-related solutions
Requirements
- 8+ years of Java backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Solid experience with Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and distributed systems
- Good understanding of multi-threading, JVM, and performance tuning
- Experience building high-concurrency, high-availability, and low-latency systems
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and service integration
- Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Linux is a plus
- Background in finance, ad tech, or data platforms is preferred
- AI/LLM integration experience is a strong plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
