Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Paid Ads Team in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit
• Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and daily performance tracking
• Help gather and organize campaign data for reporting and analysis
• Learn and apply best practices for paid social advertising under mentorship
• Support documentation of workflows, processes, and campaign learnings
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to ensure timely asset delivery
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build paid ads knowledge
• Assist with ad copy and creative testing initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the paid ads team as needed
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid social advertising
• Previous internship or coursework related to digital marketing or advertising (a plus)
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools
