About this role

GRI is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team working on marking processes for jewelry products. Remote work is available.

Description

GRI is an accredited IT company with a team of over 500 specialists. For the technological partner Sunlight, we build e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and infrastructure based on 1C products. The team is strengthening for a project developing the Marking block (GIS DMDK).

Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects for automating marking processes for jewelry products
  • Daily reconciliation of accounting data in 1C with GIS DMDK data, identifying discrepancies
  • Analyze errors in GIS DMDK: determine causes, classify (single/mass), check the correctness of source data in the accounting system
  • Promptly eliminate errors according to established regulations — data correction, resending information, status control
  • In case of mass or systemic problems — deep analysis of root causes, formulating proposals for resolution, drafting technical specifications for functionality improvements
  • Compile, agree, and prioritize development tasks; control implementation and testing, acceptance of results
  • Develop methodology for error handling during data exchange between 1C and GIS DMDK, update instructions for users and the development team.
Requirements
  • Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects
  • Practical experience in implementing, refining, and supporting integrations with GIS DMDK — mandatory
  • Understanding of 1C architecture, experience in designing and developing customized functionality on the 1C platform regarding integration subsystems with state information systems
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes in the supply chain (supplier orders, import/production, logistics, warehouse accounting) and the impact of marking on each stage of product movement
  • Skills in data analysis and discrepancy handling: ability to quickly identify error causes, classify them, and propose solutions
  • Experience in developing methodologies for handling data exchange errors and formulating technical specifications for development.
