Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Participate in building Data Governance (structuring data into domains and subdomains, creating a corporate business glossary and a list of metrics, marking their connections with data sources, assigning responsible parties for domains and metrics)
- Implement Data Governance in OMD (OpenMetadata), set tasks for the development and operations team
- Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (analysts, architects, product managers) when developing and agreeing on solutions
- Assist in analytical ad-hoc tasks for the data warehouse and BI analytics team
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or data governance specialist in projects related to data warehouses and metadata management systems
- Proficient knowledge of SQL for executing basic queries, aggregate functions, groupings, table joins, filtering, sorting, and window functions
- Understanding of data warehouse architecture, essence of ETL processes, and typical data models
- Basic experience with LLM models, prompting relevant to the tasks of this role
- Experience working with data and analytics using Python
