- Modelling business processes, including crypto transaction flows and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, outlining business and technical impacts
- Designing and documenting integrations with external systems (blockchain networks, liquidity providers, payment systems)
- Creating functional and system specifications (PRD, SRS, API specifications, diagrams)
- Simplifying complex technical and blockchain-related concepts for cross-functional teams
