Railog is looking for a C# /.NET Developer to work remotely. The role involves developing and supporting desktop application modules for railway process automation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and support desktop application modules (WPF) for railway process automation: forms for operators to manage thousands of wagons with filters, groupings, and quick search.
- Business logic and database work: designing structures, writing fast queries for real volumes.
- Clean up old code as needed while addressing tasks.
- Communicate with analysts and occasionally directly with clients to clarify important details.
- Occasionally handle tasks beyond desktop applications, such as integrations or ASP.NET Core web components.
Requirements
Requirements
- Commercial experience with C# for at least 3 years.
- Proficient in SQL (MS SQL or PostgreSQL): able to write and read complex queries.
- Experience with Entity Framework or another ORM.
- Ability to read and maintain existing code, not just write new code.
- Interest in understanding the client's processes deeply.
