Responsibilities
- Own forecasts and short-range capacity plans across multiple compliance queues and markets.
- Use hybrid human–AI tooling to build and maintain capacity models.
- Create multi-scenario staffing plans.
- Partner with vendor management and BPO partners.
- Collaborate with Compliance Operations, Finance, and Recruiting.
- Analyze drivers of forecast misses.
- Automate and streamline planning processes.
- Clearly communicate capacity risks and staffing recommendations.
- Utilize generative AI responsibly.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain capacity models.
- Experience working across multiple support channels.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptable.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base salary range: $82K-$138K.
- Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
