- Present live casino games in front of the camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
- Communicate with online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
- Follow game procedures and on-screen instructions accurately.
- Maintain the game flow professionally during each turn.
- Project confidence, positive energy, and a good attitude.
- Complete paid training for dealers at Evolution Academy.

- Guaranteed starting pay of $17 to $18 per hour, including base salary and tips.
- Initial pay of $7 per hour base salary plus $10 per hour in guaranteed tips, totaling $17 per hour.
- After three months, base salary increases to $8 per hour plus $10 per hour in tips, totaling $18 per hour.
- Monthly performance bonuses.
