What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital financial services or technology, including significant executive leadership experience in crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage or capital markets.
- Proven experience leading product strategies, multi-market product portfolios and high-performing international teams.
- Strong understanding of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments and investment services.
- Demonstrated experience developing and launching financial products in regulated environments.
- Proven experience leading Product Management and Business Intelligence functions.
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA and payment services regulations.
- Experience in product analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation, financial forecasting and performance reporting.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing product adoption, conversion, trading volumes, retention and revenue.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies, digital platforms, UX/UI and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage; Chinese nice to have.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field; equivalent relevant professional experience will also be considered.
