Join Improbable as a CMO Associate, supporting the CMO in strategic marketing initiatives and partnering with venture founders to design impactful go-to-market strategies.
Description
Improbable is a Venture Builder focused on emerging technologies, creating and backing companies in sectors like gaming, virtual worlds, and defence. They aim to solve technical challenges and build at the intersection of AI and web3.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to the CMO, driving strategic projects.
- Support Improbable’s brand strategy and market positioning.
- Partner with venture founders to design GTM strategies.
- Develop performance marketing solutions.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support thought leadership and communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Expertise in product marketing and GTM strategy.
- Experience with performance marketing and demand generation.
- Experience supporting early-stage venture founders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in venture building or VC/PE is a plus.
