About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Creative Lead to own Tangem's social content. The role runs on two tracks: keeping the regular content engine running on schedule, and producing standout creative for key narratives and product launches. The headline goal is reach and brand awareness, with content built to pull millions of views and break out of the crypto bubble. Split roughly 50/50 between the regular content plan and creative work, with support from the wider social team on both tracks.

Responsibilities

• Own and produce the regular content plan, shipping reliably on a consistent calendar and cadence
• Concept and produce creative content for main brand narratives and product launches, built to drive views and conversation
• Drive UGC direction: make content that sparks community-generated posts and amplify the strongest UGC to grow reach
• Put special focus on X, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video, where there is real potential to reach beyond the existing crypto audience
• Use AI tools actively across workflow to speed up production and turn tasks around faster
• Work closely with designers to turn ideas into finished assets, writing copy in Tangem voice
• Track performance, read the data, and iterate to grow views and brand awareness over time

Requirements

• Proven track record producing social content that reached large audiences (portfolio with real view and engagement numbers)
• Strong English copywriting, able to switch between disciplined regular output and bold creative ideation
• Platform-native expertise across X, Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video, with sharp instinct for trends and formats
• Hands-on with AI tools and eager to use them to work faster and smarter
• Ability to balance volume and quality: ship the regular plan reliably while landing standout creative
• Comfortable with analytics and data-informed approach to content decisions
• Self-starter who can own a calendar, hit deadlines, and work across teams
• Understanding of crypto, web3, or fintech culture is a strong plus
