- Full cycle of features (discovery → deployment)
- Use AI to accelerate development
- Work with system design
AI Research Engineer (Tether)
- Large-scale pre-training of LLM and multi-modal models on thousands of GPUs
- Develop architectures and tokenizers
- Data strategy, optimization, and debugging of training runs.
Requirements
Senior Experience Engineer (Parity)
- Experience in developing production-grade web applications
AI Research Engineer (Tether)
- PhD in NLP/ML or related field
- Publications at A* conferences
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures
- Experience with distributed training.
