ProfiStaff is looking for a Data Analyst with experience in financial and commercial analytics, proficient in SQL and Python, to join their business analysis department in a hybrid work format.
Responsibilities

- Work in the company's business analysis department
- Prepare analytical reports on marketing and financial data
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Participate in budget planning and monitoring, including marketing expenses
- Comparative analysis of planned and actual indicators, including P&L and Cash Flow
- Plan and analyze the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI)
- Work with data warehouses
- Calculate and analyze large data sets using SQL and Python
- Develop and maintain calculations in Python: business indicators, forecasts, analytical and calculation models
- Work in Anaplan for operational planning and business process modeling
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education (economic/technical/IT)
- Experience in analytics from 2-3 years in positions: data analyst/commercial analyst/financial analyst/marketing analyst
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel
- Practical experience using Python not only for data processing but also for implementing calculations with business logic: calculating indicators, forecasting, modeling
- Ability to read and analyze existing Python code, find errors in calculation logic
- Understanding of budgeting principles, plan-fact analysis, main P&L and Cash Flow indicators
- Understanding of key marketing metrics and methods of calculation
- Basic understanding of pricing principles and factors affecting financial and commercial indicators of the business
- Ability to process, analyze, and visualize data in tabular and graphical form
- Skills in working with large volumes of data, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- English language — Intermediate and above
