The Data Analyst, Product will join the remote team with the primary goal of transforming complex product data into clear, actionable insights to enhance user experience, support new feature development, deepen engagement, and inform high-impact product decisions by leadership. This role operates at the intersection of data engineering, product analytics, and experimentation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Success hinges on being a true business partner, combining data-driven insights with a deep understanding of product funnels and user behavior metrics.
- Own the design of dashboards, product metrics, and performance reports.
- Automate product data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines.
- Dive into large, complex datasets to create scalable data models.
- Translate product and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
- Lead cross-functional projects to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources.
- Drive experimentation infrastructure by designing and launching A/B testing frameworks.
- Support ad-hoc data requests.
- Deliver insights that shape product direction through data-driven storytelling.
- 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of product KPIs and full funnel performance.
- Strong product instinct and ability to connect marketing and product insights to drive business growth.
- Mastery of SQL including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions.
- Strong hands-on Python proficiency.
- Familiarity with dbt is welcomed.
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics.
- Must be based in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Cyprus or Portugal with flexibility on working hours to support a globally distributed team.
