DevSecOps Engineer

• Building and developing corporate infrastructure (GitLab, internal services) and development environments (dev, staging, production)
• Managing configurations, releases, and orchestration through IaC and Kubernetes
• Forming infrastructure standards and sharing practices with the team
• Designing and maintaining security contours, including secret and certificate management
• Patch management of all components
• Working with the security team on policies and audits

Backend Developer

• Developing backend services for the trading platform: trading core, wallets, transaction processing
• Integrating with external systems and blockchain infrastructure
• Optimizing performance and latency-critical services
• Participating in service architecture design: API, inter-service interaction
• Conducting code reviews and mentoring developers
• Collaborating with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams

DevSecOps Engineer

• Kubernetes, Helm, IaC (Terraform, Ansible), Zero Trust architecture (network policies, mTLS, RBAC)
• Patch management (CVE tracking, automated scanning)
• CI/CD security (SAST, DAST, image scanning, secrets detection)
• HashiCorp Vault
• Network segmentation and access management
• SIEM and incident response

Desirable:

• Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch), knowledge of OWASP and ISO 27001


• Experience with HSM or MPC infrastructure, working with blockchain nodes and custody systems, certifications CKS, OSCP, CEH

Backend Developer

• Kotlin/Java 4+ years
• Spring ecosystem 4+ years
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Designing high-load fault-tolerant services with low latency
• Principles of working with financial data (consistency, idempotency, operation audit)
• Unit and integration testing
