Join Hashgraph as a Director of Technical Product Management to lead the roadmap for Hedera's core protocol and developer platform, ensuring cohesive product evolution and ecosystem adoption.

Hedera’s public network is governed by industry-leading organizations, spanning 11 sectors and 14 regions who oversee the development and direction of the decentralized platform.
- Own the roadmap across core Hedera services (HTS, Smart Contracts/EVM, Consensus, SDKs, Mirror Nodes)
- Partner directly with Engineering Managers and architects to co-author design docs and HIPs
- Drive product development from concept → prototype → production → iteration
- Operate in an open-source model: triage GitHub issues, engage contributors, and shape public roadmaps
- Translate real-world developer feedback into product requirements and prioritized execution
- Ensure production readiness across releases: backward compatibility, security coordination, and launch quality
- Elevate developer experience through documentation, SDK improvements, and ecosystem engagement
- Deep technical product thinking across distributed systems, APIs, or blockchain
- Ability to operate as a technical peer to senior engineers and architects
- Strong product judgment: prioritization, tradeoffs, and system-level decision making
- Bias toward action — comfortable prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear product direction
- APIs, SDKs, and backend platform design
- Distributed systems concepts (consensus, state, transactions, performance)
- Developer platforms and infrastructure products
- Open-source product development and community engagement
- Writing technical specs (RFCs, HIPs, design docs)
