Join YADRO as a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive AI solutions for business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage product lifecycles from ideation to deployment.
Description
Our team develops AI solutions for various business processes and products at YADRO. We utilize a wide range of technologies including computer vision, large language models, speech recognition, text recognition, and more. We are looking for a Product Manager to engage with various business clients and manage the developed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for implementing AI technology solutions in collaboration with business and internal clients.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing and newly created AI solutions from idea to deployment and support.
- Gather requirements, analyze business needs, competitive products, and identify trends and promising technologies in the market.
- Formulate and defend the product concept.
- Create and groom the team backlog according to business goals, priorities, and technological capabilities, defining acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with adjacent teams to align on the scope and phases of solutions.
- Work with the UX/UI team to ensure user interface usability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to organize and interpret research to prioritize and select design options for components.
- Define metrics for subsequent product analytics.
- Participate in product presentations and demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders, conducting communications and events to popularize the solution.
- Prepare and present reports on the product and its impact on the company's business results.
Requirements
- Experience in product management for business solutions, including launching new solutions.
- Deep understanding of all phases of product development and lifecycle.
- Expert skills in market and user research, knowledge of product metrics, and organization of the Discovery process.
- Understanding of Agile principles, software development life cycle, CI/CD.
- Understanding of Design thinking concepts and approaches, JTBD.
- Technical/engineering education.
- Experience with LLM, OCR, AI image processing technologies.
