YADRO is looking for a Night L2 Technical Support Engineer with 3-6 years of experience. The role involves remote troubleshooting and maintenance of YADRO's storage systems.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Remote qualification and resolution of incidents on YADRO's storage systems according to the knowledge base
- Technical maintenance of YADRO's storage systems
- Monitoring and diagnosing system status
- Scheduled updates of YADRO's storage systems
- Planned preventive visits to customer sites
- Installation and commissioning of YADRO's storage systems at customer locations
- Technical consulting for customers and partners on software and hardware
- Reporting in the incident tracking system
Requirements
Requirements
- Knowledge of storage/server equipment from one or more vendors
- Understanding of the principles of operation, logic, and configuration/administration of Linux OS
- Understanding of basic principles of server architecture, storage systems, and SAN
- Experience communicating with customers and subcontractors
- English language proficiency for reading technical documentation
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site
- Attention to detail and accuracy
