Join MTS as a Middle Technical Support Engineer to handle client requests, perform remote diagnostics, and collaborate on technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Accept and process requests from clients (emergency support, on-demand support);
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshoot issues on the client's network;
- Interact with other departments to solve technical tasks;
- Diagnose and account for repair equipment; assemble schemes on the stand to find and replicate faults, diagnose blocks coming in for repair.
Requirements
Requirements
- Knowledge of the principles of functioning and construction of LTE/5G networks;
- Knowledge of the TCP/IP stack;
- Experience in configuring eNodeB/NR nodes from leading vendors (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei);
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing x86 servers;
- Experience working in a Linux environment (Ubuntu, CentOs);
- Ability to read specialized documentation in English.
- Advantage: understanding of OpenRAN technology, its advantages and disadvantages;
- Higher technical/mathematical education.
