About this role
Join MTS as a Middle/Senior React Developer to design, develop, and support client-side applications with gaming mechanics. Work in a hybrid model in Moscow.
Description
MTS is a leading company in the field of gamification expertise, focusing on web services and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support client-side applications, including various gaming mechanics.
- Integrate client-side with backend APIs.
- Optimize performance for various devices.
- Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, participate in CI/CD setup, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in developing complex web applications.
- Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP/Motion.
- Experience with Figma and implementing interfaces based on design mockups.
- Experience in developing gaming projects with complex 2D/3D graphics.
- Commercial experience with at least one of the tools: Pixi.js/Three.js and other WebGL engines.
- Understanding of optimization (textures, atlases, assets, gaming tools in web).
- Knowledge of WebSocket principles.
- Skills in CI/CD.
- Ability to make technical decisions, assess risks, and propose implementation options.
- Willingness to use AI tools and work with new technologies, ability to prototype quickly.
- A plus: experience in mobile app development with Flutter, experience with Telegram/Max MiniApp integration, experience with Spine/Rive animations.
