- Facilitate whiteglove OTC block & algo trades for institutional clients
- Engage cross-functionally to understand the OTC business comprehensively
- Assist the markets team on strategic initiatives to expand bottomline potential
- Scout for liquidity from comprehensive dark pools and provide best execution to clients
- Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement
- Diagnose issues and escalate root causes to maintain execution excellence.
- Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis.
- Propose & implement process improvements and automation solutions.
- Potentially get involved with business owners on key projects emerging out of Asia
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- 1-3 years experience in Trading/Desk Support/Financial Services/Brokerage
- Weekend hours coverage required
- Numerical inclination and strong proficiency with spreadsheet applications
- Interest in Fintech, blockchain, and digital assets
- High attention to detail and the ability to use sound judgment under pressure
- Willingness to work during US hours and/or early APAC hours
