What You'll Do
- Provide on-site technical support for Fintech, gaming, and loyalty equipment, ensuring systems are operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues to identify root causes and resolve problems
- Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and site surveys for new and existing equipment
- Serve as the primary customer contact during service visits, delivering a high level of service and professionalism
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
- Travel throughout Arizona (and occasionally Southern California), including overnight stays when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation every 4–6 weeks for after-hours and weekend support
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role
- Background in ATM, slot machine, cable, telecommunications, or similar field service work preferred
- Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments
