About this role
Join Magic Solutions as a Finance Assistant to support the finance department and manage operational tasks in a remote, full-time role.
Description
👋 Hello! At Magic Solutions, we create subscription-based mobile applications. Everything is in-house: we create products and promote them ourselves. 👾
Responsibilities
- Finance: salary calculations, project expense tracking, contracts and invoices based on templates;
- Documents and deadlines: communication with accountants and partners, control of reporting and mandatory payments;
- Banks and payment systems: opening accounts, communication with support, resolving payment issues;
- Marketing support: operational tasks for advertising accounts and assisting in calculating team metrics.
Requirements
- Organization and systematization: ability to keep a lot of information in mind and not lose anything;
- English from B2: extensive correspondence with partners worldwide;
- Confident use of AI tools in work;
- Experience in finance, accounting, or operations in an international company is a plus :)
