About this role
Remoby is seeking a Financial Controller to manage accounting and financial processes for its international group of companies based in Cyprus and Hong Kong.
Description
We are Remoby, an international AdTech company with an office in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting for group companies and oversee external providers.
- Prepare documents and support annual audits.
- Handle payroll and participate in employee hiring.
- Work with taxes, IP Box, and R&D expenses.
- Control intra-group settlements and document flow.
- Interact with tax and government authorities.
Requirements
- Practical experience in accounting for foreign companies.
- Good understanding of accrual accounting, period closing, and transaction posting.
- Experience with audits and working with external accounting providers.
- Working English.
- Independence and readiness to build processes from scratch.
- Experience with Cyprus/Hong Kong, IP Box, QuickBooks, intra-group settlements, and AdTech/IT is a plus.
