Join Bitpanda as a Financial Risk Officer to lead financial risk management across the group, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial resilience.

Responsibilities
- Champion the Financial Risk Framework, including policies and standards.
- Provide oversight and challenge for trading and treasury risk exposures.
- Support regulatory and capital management, including ICAAP/ICARA.
- Develop risk measurement and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with various teams to embed risk and control frameworks.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in financial risk management, ideally in brokerage, trading, or crypto.
- Proficient in market, liquidity, credit, and capital risk management.
- Knowledge of MiCA, MiFID II, and prudential risk principles.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL.
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and a clear communicator.
