Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Ownership: Own and execute a variety of workstreams and take ownership of high-priority tasks, moving quickly and efficiently to get things done.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the founders on strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.
- Act as a multiplier: Extend the impact of the founders so they can be in three places at once.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with the team and with external partners, such as lawyers and notaries, ensuring important information is delivered clearly and promptly, both internally and externally.
- AI Enablement: Embrace AI, assisting with researching and implementing cutting-edge AI tools across departments to increase company-wide efficiency.
Requirements

- Education: Achieved Bachelor’s or Master’s level education with top marks.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience within a similar role, consulting or tech; you have a proven track record of working closely with founders in a dynamic and fast paced start-up environment.
- Additional Requirements: You are fluent in German and English.
