CareerGo is a hiring platform with AI integration: the system analyzes resumes, evaluates candidates, prepares screening scripts, and transcribes calls. The product is in production and is being scaled.
Responsibilities

- Improve existing screens and create new ones across the user journey (specifications with acceptance criteria for each block).
- Funnel and candidate management: flexible configuration for client processes, live drag-and-drop.
- Analytics: dashboards for teams and their public versions for clients.
- Guest scenarios: lightweight pages for candidates and hiring managers without login — mobile, fast, conversion-oriented.
- Integration screens: connecting external platforms and communication channels.
- End-to-end quality: adaptability of key scenarios, honest loading states, and long AI operations.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience with product SaaS interfaces: forms with validation, tables, kanbans, dashboards.
- Drag-and-drop: events, accessibility, order preservation.
- Experience refactoring existing production code.
- Performance as a habit: Core Web Vitals, code splitting, lazy loading, virtualization of heavy lists.
- Knowledge of accessibility (a11y) at the WCAG level.
- Ability to work without mockups: assemble a neat screen from the existing design system.
- Independence: take the specification, ask relevant questions, and bring it to acceptance.
