Join Tria Finance as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop a high-load SaaS platform for crypto asset storage. Work with Go and React, utilizing AI tools for efficient development.
Tria Finance is a fintech startup at the intersection of blockchain and traditional finance. We are developing a high-load SaaS platform for crypto asset storage for institutional clients.
- Develop product features end-to-end: backend on Go and Node.js/Express, frontend on React
- Use AI tools for development (Cursor/Copilot/ClaudeCode and similar) daily to accelerate development, refactoring, and test generation while ensuring code quality
- Design backend services using DDD approaches (bounded contexts, aggregates, domain events), clean architecture, and pragmatic design
- Implement data models and migrations for PostgreSQL and MongoDB, using GORM, Mongoose, or raw queries where necessary
- Develop and maintain REST APIs (as well as webhooks/event-driven workflows if needed) on Go and Node.js/Express
- Implement frontend flows on React (TypeScript): dashboards, administrative processes, status lifecycle, audit-view interfaces
- Ensure system correctness and observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, and production-ready error handling
- Participate in implementing basic security aspects: RBAC, principle of least privilege, secure handling of secrets, and audit logs
- Be responsible for quality: unit/integration tests, contract tests, and CI pipelines
- 8+ years of production system development in Go plus strong experience with React
- Strong knowledge of backend development: concurrency, API, reliability, debugging
- Practical experience with DDD (not just at the terminology level)
- Strong skills in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Experience with GORM and/or Mongoose (or similar ORM/ODM), as well as readiness to use raw SQL or aggregation pipelines when necessary
- Confident frontend development in React (preferably TypeScript)
- Good testing discipline (Go testing, Jest/Vitest, integration tests; basic frontend testing)
- Practical experience with Web3
MUST: confident daily use of AI tools for coding (Cursor/Copilot, etc.)
