- Flexible stack, currently: React / TS, Python, Go.
- Understanding of backend and frontend architecture.
- Knowledge of production pipeline for software development.
- Ability to quickly assemble MVPs without compromising quality.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, queues, CI/CD, deployment, and the entire feature development process.
- Proficiency in using AI tools in development (must-have).
- Experience with multi-agent workflow.
- Understanding of AI tooling.
- Experience in rapid MVP launches.
- Ability to design entire systems, not just write individual functions.
- Expected pace: Conditional backend for MVP should not take months to write.
