Alan is a digital platform for health insurance, prevention, and care.
Responsibilities
- Develop Hopper — the internal AI agent platform for coding, analytics, and automation;
- Build agent orchestration, long-lived sessions, and isolated execution environments;
- Develop secure MCP connectors, action auditing, and agent quality assessment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of fullstack development experience and product/platform creation for users;
- Deep expertise in AI agents, developer platforms, UX, distributed systems, or security;
- Ability to lead development from React interface or API to reliable production operation;
- Fluent English and the right to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
