GenAI Developer / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and sub-agents using tool-calling
• Build multi-agent systems and manage call chains
• Create automations and workflows in n8n, Flowise, Dify, Langflow or similar platforms
• Develop business logic and custom functions in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Build RAG pipelines: data preparation, embeddings, search, and work with vector databases
• Integrate with internal services and data showcases via REST API and OAuth2
• Parse, collect, normalize, and transform data from external sources
• Design prompts for summarization and generation of structured reports
• Deploy and operate open-source and on-prem LLM in a closed corporate environment
• Work with structured data, PostgreSQL, and JSON
• Participate in the analysis and formalization of business requirements

Requirements

• Experience in commercial development of GenAI solutions at a Senior level
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Practical experience in creating AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Experience with at least one of the stacks:

- LangChain / LangGraph - LlamaIndex - Semantic Kernel - CrewAI / AutoGen - n8n / Flowise / Dify / Langflow

• Experience in developing RAG solutions and working with vector storage: PGVector, Qdrant, Milvus or similar
• Confident working with PostgreSQL, JSON, REST API, and OAuth2
• Experience with LLM and prompt engineering
• Experience in deploying local models in a closed environment
• Willingness to develop and operate solutions in Windows OS
• Understanding of sensitive and corporate data protection principles
• A plus:

- Experience with MCP — Model Context Protocol - Development of custom nodes and sub-workflows in n8n - React - GraphQL - FastAPI - Experience with web search, parsing, and external APIs - Experience participating in corporate or industrial projects
