About the Role
Growth Campaign Manager at Binance, a remote full-time position based in the CIS Region, reporting to the Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate GTM launches across multiple functions
- Manage campaign timelines and execution
- Work closely with Community, Product, CRM, Paid and regional teams
- Localize global campaigns for the local market
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations
- Ensure consistent execution quality across all initiatives
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Growth or Integrated Marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills
