- Ability to test hypotheses and find unconventional solutions.
- Proficient in working with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Telegram Ads, OLV, native advertising, and referral mechanisms.
- Understanding of web analytics, attribution, and sales funnels.
- Experience working across multiple CIS markets: Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan.
