About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow GoMining's partner channels, including ambassadors, referrals, and affiliates. Your focus will be on transforming these channels into profitable acquisition avenues, managing budgets, and setting KPIs to track success.
You will scale the ambassador program globally, create incentive structures for partners, and attract key opinion leaders and community influencers. This position requires leadership skills to assemble and guide a team, ensuring the growth strategies align with the company's overall objectives.

Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in affiliate, referral, ambassador, or partnership channels
- Experience in building and scaling such programs with measurable results
- Understanding of unit economics, funnels, and attribution
- English C1+
- A big plus: crypto, fintech, iGaming, trading, and your own network of affiliates or KOLs
