Head of Ambassador & Partner Growth

About the role

In this role, you will lead the strategy for ambassador and partner growth at GoMining, focusing on creating profitable acquisition channels through affiliates and referrals. You will be responsible for defining the budget and key performance indicators, ensuring that the program scales effectively on a global level.

You will also need to build and motivate a team, develop commission structures, and attract influential community leaders. Success in this position will involve measurable growth in partnerships and a deep understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

• Own the strategy, budget, and KPIs of the channel: CAC, LTV, ROI, revenue
• Scale the ambassador program globally
• Build commissions, referral mechanics, and partner incentives
• Attract strong affiliates, KOLs, and community leaders
• Assemble and lead your team

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years in affiliate, referral, ambassador, or partnership channels
• Experience in building and scaling such programs with measurable results
• Understanding of unit economics, funnels, and attribution
• English C1+
• Big plus: crypto, fintech, iGaming, trading, and your own network of affiliates or KOLs
