Hash Hedge is seeking a Head of Content to lead the content direction across various media channels and build a new organic traffic channel through social media.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire content direction of the company: media, email newsletters, Telegram channel, community — set the vector and meanings for segments, coordinate topics, edit what the copywriter and community manager prepare.
- Build a video workflow from scratch (horizontal and vertical formats).
- Create a new organic traffic channel through social media — currently, almost all traffic comes from partners, the task is to reduce this dependency through a proprietary content strategy.
- Track metrics for content and social media, make decisions based on numbers.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as Head of Content or in a content leadership position is mandatory.
- Experience in crypto, trading, or finance is a plus.
- Ability to generate strong ideas and bring them to fruition — independence and creativity are more important than willingness to work on someone else's brief.
- Good sense of humor in collaboration with user psychology.
- Comfortable working with numbers and metrics, not just creativity.
