Head of Product

About the role

In this role, you will define and lead the product strategy specifically tailored for market data and institutional customers. You will be responsible for the entire product experience, from data creation to delivery, ensuring that financial institutions receive reliable datasets and integrations.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with engineering, data teams, and other departments like Product Marketing and Sales to enhance customer evaluations and drive product adoption. Success in this role will be measured by how well the product meets customer needs and delivers results.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for market data and institutional customers.
• Own the product experience from data creation to delivery.
• Understand how financial institutions consume data.
• Work with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds, and integrations.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and other teams on customer evaluations, pricing, and adoption.
• Define how we measure success of our products.
• Lead and develop a product team that takes responsibility for customer results.

Requirements

• Background in traditional or onchain markets.
• Ability to set a clear direction and make difficult choices.
• Experience in delivering technically complex data products.
• Good knowledge of onchain markets, tokenized equities, and RWAs.
• Strong product judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Startup experience, ideally as a former founder or operator.
