Description
We are an AdTech company currently searching for a Head of Legal to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Legal support for the business, managing the legal team
- Monitoring legislation in the AdTech sector and related fields
- Managing the legal structure of the business
- Managing IP
- Legal document flow
- Protecting the company's interests in dealings with regulators
- Developing solutions related to legislative changes
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- Experience as a head of legal in an AdTech company for at least 3 years (affiliate, ad network, iGaming, adult) - must have
- Experience with sanction risks, IP, GDPR, KYC
- Business-oriented mindset (understanding the legal department's role as a business development tool)
- Proactivity
- Experience in different jurisdictions, Cyprus - mandatory
