Ayni Gold is seeking a Head of OTC Sales / Private Investment Sales Director to manage private sales and investment products in the crypto and real asset space.
Ayni Gold is an RWA project at the intersection of real gold mining, private investment, and digital assets. We are building a product that gives investors access to the economics of gold production through a structured RWA model backed by real-world assets, production economics, and verified project traction.
- Build and manage the private / OTC sales pipeline.
- Source, qualify, and develop relationships with investors, brokers, partners, and capital introducers.
- Conduct investor calls, meetings, and investment presentations.
- Sell Ayni Gold to HNWIs, family offices, entrepreneurs, private investors, crypto investors, and OTC buyers.
- Close large investment tickets, typically from $50k to $250k+ and above.
- Explain the product through an investment lens: asset backing, economics, returns, risk profile, structure, gold exposure, and production model.
- Handle objections related to legal structure, risk, liquidity, token model, mining operations, trust, compliance, and exit strategy.
- Lead investors from first interest to closed transaction.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and deal control.
- Provide feedback to the CEO, marketing, and product teams on what works in real sales conversations.
- Create and improve sales scripts, pitch logic, follow-up templates, and objection-handling materials.
- Develop partner channels, including brokers, communities, KOLs, investment clubs, OTC groups, and advisors.
- Proven experience in investment sales, private banking, wealth management, brokerage, OTC, crypto, commodities, or alternative investment products.
- Demonstrated ability to close large private investment tickets.
- Strong understanding of how HNWIs and sophisticated investors evaluate opportunities.
- Ability to speak with investors in terms of capital, returns, risk, deal structure, downside protection, and trust.
- Existing network of investors, brokers, family offices, entrepreneurs, or capital partners is a strong advantage.
- Ability to build a pipeline independently, not only work with inbound leads.
- Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.
- Ability to explain complex products in a clear and simple way.
- Fluent English for investor negotiations. Russian is a plus.
- Crypto experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A real-world asset product connected to gold production economics, not an abstract crypto narrative.
- Flexible compensation: base + commission.
